Learn how to keep your body and mind in control with this circus-based balance class. You'll learn the proper techniques for walking a tight wire (tightrope), balancing and moving on the Rolla Bolla, and discovering the challenges of bottle walking! With a variety of equipment used, participants will better understand how to balance their body across apparatuses in a fun and safe environment.
